- 将 Kotlin 版本从 1.6.10 升级到 1.9.22
- 将 mirai-console 插件版本从 2.13.2 升级到 2.16.0
- 将 Gradle 版本从 7.3.1 升级到 7.4.1
- 在 settings.gradle.kts 中添加注释说明插件名称修改位置
