Update package.json engines field and AGENTS.md to require Node.js 20+. All GitHub Actions workflows already upgraded to Node 20 in PR #601. This completes the Node.js 18 EOL upgrade by aligning the package.json requirement with the CI/CD workflows. Relates-to: bluefin-docs-k89 Assisted-by: Claude Sonnet 4 via Goose
