I have mostly no clue how all this works, but a few comments anyway.
Use GitHub Actions workflow for test/build/release. * Setup Noop job for CircleCI in the transition. * Enable dependabot for GitHub Actions. Signed-off-by: SuperQ <superq@gmail.com>
