Initial Release

This library provides a straightforward interface for setting and retrieving the time and date, configuring alarms, enabling and disabling the trickle charger, handling event input (EVI), and managing backup switchover functionalities. It abstracts the underlying I2C communication and register manipulations, allowing for easy integration of the RV3028 RTC.
