docs: add cookbooks section

Description

Add a new "Cookbooks" group to the Guides tab with two pages:

• Kubernetes In-Cluster: CronJob manifest that runs Prowler on a schedule, pushes findings to Prowler Cloud via --push-to-cloud, with RBAC setup and Secret-based API key management
• CI/CD Pipeline: GitHub Actions and GitLab CI examples covering scheduled scans, PR checks, multi-provider parallel scans, caching, and output formats

Both guides cross-reference existing docs (Import Findings, API Keys, K8s Getting Started).
