added 2.2.1-alpha to index file and fixed some bugs

fixed some bugs, renamed some files, tested intensively. It works, print speeds are not as fast as in orca, settings can be tweaked to achieve such speeds. I just worked on the file in order for it to work, speeds are limited because I am by no means an expert on 3D printing so I didn't want to fuck up any prints by printing at speeds higher than recommended. |
