Yes.

OPL has similar functionality as it did before.

I have been testing it and so far it works great!
Is true that each IRX binary is somehow bigger. Not sure if it is because binary contains something not needed, or it is because ELF is more optimized ...

Once I test again with wLE and OPL, I'll unmark draft

wLE can load itself.
OPL is currently broken ("Loading config" hang on load from USB). I plan to debug this further.

The issue with OPL has been worked around.
OPL has a check for a string at a hardcoded location: https://github.com/ps2homebrew/Open-PS2-Loader/blob/200eaa79de47fb5a4b264b9f67b88dcded5763d6/modules/iopcore/cdvdman/ioplib_util.c#L182
As a work around, this string has been emptied as it was in the previous implementation.

OPL now works correctly when loading from USB.
