NOTE: Follow this guide along with the KodeKloud's CKS Challenge Lab for best experience. This repository contains detailed step-by-step solution to all four questions.

Common VIM editor commands (required to solve the challenges)

Save a file in VIM and exit

1. Switch to command mode by pressing the Esc key.
2. Press : (colon) to open the prompt bar in the bottom left corner of the window.
3. Type wq and hit Enter

Search for a string in VIM editor

1. Open the file in VIM editor. For example: vim file.txt
2. Type / followed by string you want to search for and then press Enter.
3. Type n to go to the next occurence of string.

Get into the insert mode

1. Open the file in VIM editor. For example: vim file.txt
2. Press a key to get into the INSERT mode.

Sharing my personal experience while solving these challenges.

When I started out, I had only administrative knowledge of K8s and almost no prior experience of working with K8s security. So I had to learn the security concepts on the go. The README.md files in each challenge describes the step-by-step approach to solving a problem while learning the required concepts, it also contains the possible errors/issues one could possibly encounter.
