Both aiohttp and urllib3 have known security issues. This updates those dependencies to fix those issues. In addition the supported python versions are now 3.10 - 3.14.

Python 3.9 became EOL on October 31, 2025.
Also fixes #66. Since updating the dependencies exposed this error.
