This merge:

  • fixes some issue with synthesis in router declarations
  • changes fpu_ss parameters to fix timing issue (adds a pipeline stage)
  • chenges obi_atop_resolver parameters to fix timing issues (adds a cut between read and write op)
  • bumps cv32e40x to fix xif bug
  • bumps fpu_ss to fix timing issues
  • bumps fractal_sync to fix synth issue
  • removes flat NoCs
  • adds missing file to Bender.yml for synth
  • updates pd path
