This is a transitional release, the docgen task has been renamed to pscDocs, but this release will allow the use of either with a warning message shown when the task is called as docgen.

This will also work with older versions of psc than 0.6, but will display an additional warning that the psc-docs executable is not found and the docgen fallback is being used.
