This workflow appears to be a duplicate of update-contribs-reviews.yml
It was installing pyosmeta from a specific feature branch
pyosmeta@git+https://github.com/pyopensci/update-web-metadataand this has zero history of being run (which means it probably hasn't run in the last 6 months?)
I'm pretty sure update-contribs-reviews.yml handles everything for this
