This is done by Geometry.read(), which is called when discretizing a SymPDE domain using a geometry file. To this end we call the method Mapping.set_callable_mapping(F), with F being a spline/NURBS mapping.

Use SymPDE branch logical_n_physical-coordinates to handle expressions containing both logical and physical coordinates.
The main purpose of this PR is to test the changes in SymPDE.
