This adds
LOGFIRE_SERVICE_NAME,LOGFIRE_SERVICE_VERSIONandLOGFIRE_ENVIRONMENTas supported environment variables to match the Python SDK.At the same time I added a bunch of tests to ensure consistency, which I think identified some cases where we accidentally broke the OTEL resource detection.
