• PyInstaller Review

  Current pyfa technically supports pyInstaller, but we don't use it as an official build. This needs to be evaluated on Windows and OS X platforms (and in the case of OS X, various versions), possibly Linux as well if we're feeling adventurous. This milestone is attached to PRs and issues that revolve around the results of that evaluation - if we push forward with it we'll need to take care of those PRs.
