- Renames the curent 'info' pages to 'help' pages as per Rebar PR (Guide info pages rebar#663)
- Adds machine recipe info pages to hammers, mixing pot, crucible, strainer, shimmer altar, pit kiln, pipe benders, table saws, brick mold, diesel brick molder
- Adds a page with smeltery burner fuels
- Adds a page with pressable items
- Adds a page with hydraulic refuelable items
