I found two references to "synthetic_consumers" instead of "package_name", and fixed those.

In addition, I made setup.sh check if it's running on linux or mac, and choose the appropriate syntax for sed, when searching and replacing package_name.

Two places where referencing "synthetic_consumers" instead of "package_name".

The sed -i ... command in setup.sh was using a macOS specific syntax. Now it should choose the OS appropriate syntax. This should solve #9.

Could someone test this on macOS?
