Revert numpy version to 2.2.5 until we update Scipy

@agriyakhetarpal I would like to revert numpy version to 2.2.5 until we figure out how to fix #141. Having different numpy version in the 0.29 branch and the main branch is a bit annoying and easy to make mistake.
