Add USDTB/USD and USDTB/NAV price feeds to BLE Testnet
Added two new price feeds to the BLE Testnet section:
Both feeds follow the existing BLE Testnet parameters:
Price feed IDs were obtained from the official Pyth Network price feed ID registry.
