refactor(contract_manager): restructure contract_manager

Summary

Restructured the contract manager to core and node for browser import, converted yaml config to json for export.

Rationale

These changes were necessary to:

1. Allow browser import of contract manager components that don't depend on node (e.g., fs)
2. Enable other packages to use the exported json config files
3. Improve modularity by separating core and node-specific functionality

How has this been tested?

• Current tests cover my changes
• Added new tests
• Manually tested the code

Verified changes by:

• Testing browser imports of core components
• Validating json config exports in dependent packages
• Ensuring all yaml to json conversions maintain data integrity
