Summary

This PR is PART-1 of the task for moving Ownership EVM Lazer Contracts to Executor contracts.

  1. Extracted the script to deploy Executor contracts.
  2. Create EvmExecutorContracts.yaml in Store.
  3. Deployed Executor on Ethereum Sepolia.
  4. Create a quick forge script to move ownership of lazer contracts. (I will be used in the next PART)

  • Current tests cover my changes
  • Added new tests
  • Manually tested the code
