I would prefer to wait for one week before declaring such new builder as STABLE. |

+1 - would like to give it more bake time. I'll revisit this PR in a week or two. |

All green over a few builds of each branch!
In one 3.14 build some warnings were raised in pyrepl tests, though I recognise seeing this occasionally on the other stable ARM64 Raspbian builder (e.g. this run).
