Fixes unittest to return exit code 5 when setUpClass raises an exception.

import unittest

class BugTest(unittest.TestCase):
    @classmethod
    def setUpClass(cls):
        raise ValueError("Simulated setup failure")

    def test_example(self):
        self.assertTrue(True)
  • before
$ ./python.exe -m unittest bug_test.py

Most changes to Python require a NEWS entry. Add one using the blurb_it web app or the blurb command-line tool.

If this change has little impact on Python users, wait for a maintainer to apply the skip news label instead.
