For any data consumer to find relevant information about an endpoint (What type of data it contains? Where can I access a data dump? etc.) the data publisher needs to publish some fundamental metadata about the policies, features and content of its endpoint. The Discoverability is searching for VoID and SPARQL 1.1 Service Description metadata in the SPARQL Endpoint itself as well as in a separate file. The information of server name from the HTTP GET answer is given.
