Add rerankers to the list of supported models (Supported_Models.ipynb)

Reranker models are not listed on https://qdrant.github.io/fastembed/examples/Supported_Models/

I added them at the end.
I had to add TextCrossEncoder to fastembed/init.py. I don't know if that's the best way to do this

I updated it a little bit, so we could keep the imports as is
