As the title says. This is mostly bureaucratic.
We've collected a huge amount of changes since last bumping the crate version: ac3a123...fbb2f2a
Because this is an important component in Qdrant, I think it'd be good to properly start versioning this crate.
I'm not 100% sure all of the above listed changes are actually non-breaking. Alternatively we can bump to
0.2.0.
