@quaresmajose is looking at options to have it enabled by default, another option would be to have such kas fragment available directly in meta-qcom. |

Thanks that will help for long term if we get meta-qcom to fall back by default, and for RC1 we can continue to keep the build guide tip as a howto |

BitBake builds can often fail due to fetcher issues. The downloads server stores a copy of all the source artifacts needed for the build. Add a guide to enable this server as a mirror for BitBake. Signed-off-by: Abin Joseph <abinjose@qti.qualcomm.com>
