I wonder if we can do something nice in /etc/os-release as well (although this PR indirectly does that), but that's out of scope for this PR.

Update qcom-distro-kvm.conf and qcom-distro-selinux.conf to append
"(KVM-enabled)" and "(SELinux-enabled)" respectively to DISTRO_NAME.
This makes it easier to distinguish feature-specific distro builds.
