Add match pattern "Hamoa IoT EVK" and configure DSP_LIBRARY_PATH. This ensures cdsprpcd/adsprpcd can locate DSP binaries correctly on Hamoa Iot EVK. Signed-off-by: Jianping Li <[email protected]>
