This is for two main reasons; Firefox is pulling libvpx while Chromium
is pulling openh264, the latter is somehow less problematic; and
Chromium is generally more common and less risky in terms of website
support.

This change sounds reasonable.

I grabbed the RB1 emmc image from this PR build, flashed it, booted into XFCE, and verified that Applications->Web Browser launches Chromium. I connected to wifi through the GUI, and confirmed that Chromium can browse to www.debian.org.

It'd be nice to have some automated test that can do the same, but I think that's out of scope for now. +1 to merge.

NB: there's a report of a Chromium regression in ANGLE on some Qualcomm targets in trixie, but we already identified a mesa patch to workaround/address the issue, so I'm going forward and landing this.
