I reproduced the crash on my RB1. Using a recent image, I logged in to the XFCE GUI, connected to wifi, then shut down using the desktop GUI. The serial console displayed the crash. Updating rmtfs with my local build of this deb, the crash no longer occurs on shutdown, both on the same boot and after a reboot.
