Install camera support for PipeWire via libcamera as part of system
architecture. Install libcamera Qt and CLI apps as well as the GStreamer
plugin and v4l2 compatibility library for the desktop user experience.

Fixes: #140

Tested with an USB camera in qcam on RB1; couldn't yet get camss to work on RB1:

I also tested capturing frames with yavta and gstreamer pipelines with both libcamerasrc and v4l2src elements, but these required extra packages.

Thanks, I had indeed forgotten to do that (just getting back to using issues more regularly, the muscles will grow back :))
