Xfce was initially disabled as to limit the size/duration of ours builds, but since we target Xfce by default and we want to use our builds as input for OSS compliance, enable Xfce to have a representative set of packages.

Testing:

  • RB3Gen2: lightdm comes up; first boot was with a subpar screen res on HDMI, and in both boots, USB type-C doesn't work and cursor stops blinking after a while suggesting a hang
  • RB1: lightdm doesn't come up, crash in X.org

I still think this is ok to merge as it's not caused by this change, but rather upstream issues with the stack that we need to fix.
