- Add h2qec entries to circuit-models.json (49Q/163g, 4Q/13g, 6Q/23g)
- Update issue template dropdown with H²QEC circuit options
- Enable community submissions for H²QEC validation results
- Add explicit clarification: error correction enhancement, not circuit solving
- Document validation status (circuits ready, hardware validation pending)
- Clarify integration with IBM stack (post-processing approach)
- Address IP strategy (defensive patent, open source research)
- Set expectations for peer review and academic collaboration
- Add validated hardware results (79.7% FP reduction, p < 0.0000001)
- Include statistical validation metrics (Cohen's d = 6.36, 95% CI: 72.1-94.2%)
- Update circuit performance table with validated results
- Change status from 'pending' to 'completed' for hardware validation
- Add Job ID and backend information for reproducibility
- Remove detailed circuit-by-circuit breakdown (protected until patent filing)
- Remove specific Job IDs and detailed event counts

- Generalize threshold descriptions to protect unfiled patent details
