Confirming this is already done on /extensions, so doesn't need porting. My spacing is slightly different because I snug up 'red hat' and 'sponsored', but I think we don't need to get a pixel-perfect match since people are unlikely to have a mobile footer in view when navigating between the main site and extensions.
