The date representation seems a bit odd to me. I'm not sure what the "at GMT+02:00 CET" refers to. Maybe you intended to say "at 14:00 CET (GMT+02:00)"? 
Another option would be to use JS to grab the users local and show that time alongside a hard coded default in brackets? |

If I show up at that page at the start time, will I get to join straight away, or will I need to wait for the page to be updated and thus miss the start (or give up)? |
