scss analyzer - fix more issues with brittle upstream parser

Closes #10870.

This PR also changes the code so that:

• the diagnostics become a warning instead of a crash.
• the warning is only emitted if the compilation itself otherwise succeeds. If the compilation fails, then it's more likely that the error comes from a genuine syntax error in the theme, and that shouldn't be reported as a bug
