This needs to be tested, but seems to be an ok change.
Though, we are using the default
.jupyter-cachevalue in Quarto VS code extension preview: https://github.com/quarto-dev/quarto/blob/57ed6fb2ab6066a6a4f0333c0c968586701e006a/apps/vscode/src/providers/preview/commands.ts#L227Maybe env var needs to be supported there too. 🤷♂️
