Fixed up the language. One spelling error (kapittel) and some standardization (link/lenke) and some new words.

I realized today that I might have done two mistakes. Are the toggles for dark mode and reader mode always shown or only when not in the modes? My translation only works from light to dark mode and to reader mode.

I want to point out that there are now two files in the language-folder (already before this commit it seems):
_language_nb.yml // Commit was made on this file
_language-nb.yml // Follows the same filename structure as the others
While fixing that, might as well create a symlink _language-no.yml which would be for the macro language Norwegian, which in most cases would refer to the language form spoken by the majority of Norwegians (Bokmål).

I'm going to go ahead and close this; it's quite old, the changes need to be made to _language-nb.yml instead, and we need to make sure they're correct.
