This PR adds support for integrated source tracking of YAML objects in qmd metadata, including source tracking of the parsed metadata string values.
This PR enables the use of YAML tags to control the semantics of the resulting metadata object. Using
!strwill prevent quarto-markdown-pandoc from parsing the string values as markdown. This will ultimately allow us to close a number of long-standing quarto-cli bugs wrt Markdown parsing problems in YAML metadata.
