- Add noBids/noShares translations - Simplify date display and layout - Add refresh button with spinner - Centralize send/receive and status colors in vars.scss/styles.scss
The repeat button was using currentTick which was never assigned, and repeating IPO bids doesn't work correctly since the special input data (contract index, price) would be lost.
