chore: merge main into dev
accountBalances and its subscription were only used for a loading
indicator that wasn't functioning correctly. Removed dead code.
Remove all voting-related code as the feature is no longer used.
- Delete voting components (voting, create, participate, voting-status)
- Remove voting routes and navigation
- Remove voting API methods and Proposal types
- Clean up translations from all 11 language files

* feat: update support channel descriptions instead of urls
* feat: center support button vertically
- Add max button to quickly set maximum transferable amount
- Fix missing 'amount' label translations in non-English files
- Align action buttons right in table view, centered in card view
- Add custom transfer-rights SVG icon for transfer management rights button
fix: improve assets page action buttons alignment and icon
feat: add max amount button to asset transfer form
