chore: merge main into dev
accountBalances and its subscription were only used for a loading indicator that wasn't functioning correctly. Removed dead code.
Remove all voting-related code as the feature is no longer used. - Delete voting components (voting, create, participate, voting-status) - Remove voting routes and navigation - Remove voting API methods and Proposal types - Clean up translations from all 11 language files
