Replace deprecated leaf_searches_splits_total metric with the new split_search_outcome metric introduced in quickwit-oss#6001. The new metric tracks split search outcomes by category (cache_hit, pruned, cancelled, success, etc.). Also added leaf_list_terms_splits_total to docs.
