[Doc] update documentation for sesolve and mesolve

Description

Summary of this PR:

• remove the title "Time Evolution and Quantum System Dynamics" at each time evolution page (except the introduction page) to fix typo in sidebar.
• add documentation for Schrodinger equation with sesolve
• add documentation for solving von Neumenn equation with mesolve
• add documentation for solving Lindblad master equation with mesolve
