Description
After the benchmark CI, it does not trigger
FixVitePressLinksCI.Usually, the documentation build CI takes longer time than benchmark CI. So it still triggers FixVitePressLinks at the end.
This PR tries to make these CIs run in series (documentation build -> benchmark CI -> gh-page build -> FixVitePressLinks) .
