Introduce slurm-web unified executable with subcommands. All /usr/libexec/slurm-web/slurm-web-* executables are replaced by slurm-web command in $PATH with subcommands (eg. slurm-web connect-check). fix #655
Update native agent and gateway services to execute unified slurm-web command.
Add shell wrapper slurm-web-compat designed to replace previous command and warn with deprecation notice.
Add exclamation mark and missing opening parenthesis.
Add manpage for unified slurm-web command. Also rename slurm-web-* commands to slurm-web with subcommand in other manpages.
Update references to slurm-web-* commands with new slurm-web unified command and subcommand.
Cover new SlurmwebExecMain class and update other tests to match latest changes.
