Hi,
this time we needed a way to modify the media URIs delivered in a VAST response before playout, in order to be able to use locally cached versions of the media. (In some instances, a native browser cache is not available or too tiny to accommodate big media files - e.g. on certain Android devices).
Sorry for the messy commit history, but the diff should look fine. Also added some docs.
