To fix issue with flowplayer 6, update the prototype version to 1.7.3

Yip, just wanted to say that I'm also having this issue with a legacy project that I'm on. It's the same issue as talked in a few issues jquery/jquery#3553 and babel/babel#5518 and even ckeditor/ckeditor4#326 . It would be really good to get this merged in. |

Actually, after a bit more testing, this does seem to break other handlers (probably in prototype_ujs), so, merging this actually isn't workable as is (as far as I can tell anyway) |
