I don't think we can do this because it will likely cause many existing builds to fail. This is one of the main reasons we started making Railpack. If a version for a language is not supported, then that provider should conditionally change the Nix archive for those specific versions. |

This PR update the default nixpkgs to use latest stable 25.05.
