Install Management Pack

• Download the latest release of the management pack from https://github.com/hmscott4/AlertManagement/releases
• Import the management pack
• Add resolution states
  1. In the Operations Manager Console
  2. Select Monitoring
  3. Expand Alert Management
  4. Select Root Management Servers
  5. Expand the task pane on the right-hand side
  6. Click Add Resolution States
• Deploy the configuration files
  1. In the Operations Manager Console
  2. Select Monitoring
  3. Expand Alert Management
  4. Select Root Management Servers
  5. Expand the task pane on the right-hand side
  6. Click Deploy Alert Management Config Files
  7. ###################### Overrides - place on share
• Configure the Assign SCOM Alerts rule.
• Configure the Escalate SCOM Alerts rule.
